Can I return or exchange an item? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please return it within 30 days.    

Special orders, corporate orders, sale items, free gifts, discounted or discontinued items, may not be returned or exchanged.

 The following policies apply to all returns:

  • Returns must include the original packing/return slip which was enclosed with your original shipment and/or backordered shipment
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • CD's, DVD's and other media may not be opened.
  • Returns received 31-45 days will access a 25% restocking fee.
  • Returns received more than 45 days after the original shipment will not be honored.
  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be credited.
  • Special offers (including but not limited to free shipping; order discounts, etc...) may be subject to reduction by a return or exchange.  Please see the offer for details.

An email confirmation is provided upon receipt of your return or exchange.

Return requests will be provided a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise (less shipping and handling).  This gift card will be valid for 60 days from date of issuance. Refunds to credit cards are not provided.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please email customer service within 3 days from delivery of the package.  If we are not contacted within 3 days from date of delivery, we will be unable to process a replacement.

How do I return an item?

To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions included in the shipping package:

  • Complete the Return section of your packing slip that accompanied your merchandise. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as exchange or credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your return merchandise.
  • Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the address listed on your packing/return slip, where your return will be processed according to your instructions.

Please be sure to send your return via a pre-paid, insured, traceable method for your protection.  We can not be responsible for shipments sent to us.

You will receive an email notification upon receipt of your return.

How long do I have to return an item? 

Please send your return within 30 days.  Returns received thereafter will incur a 25% restocking fee.  Returns received more than 45 days after receipt, will not be accepted and returned. 

Will I be reimbursed my shipping costs? 

Original shipping costs or costs to return and/or exchange an item are not refundable.  However, additional shipping costs will not be incurred for an exchanged item if you are exchanging for an item of the same dollar amount. If the exchange item is a different dollar amount and falls within a higher shipping rate in accordance with our shipping rate chart, the difference will be charged. 

Exchange shipments to destinations outside of the Continental US (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, US Territories, APO or FPO) will be charged the costs for shipment of the exchanged item.
